Your IP address

We collect the IP Address and Domain Name that is used when surfing our web site. We only use this information to compile Site Traffic Statistics for analysis and only retain data on our last 60 visitors. We also receive your IP Address when you conduct a search on our site in order to help our company better recognize what is being searched by our visitors. All IP Addresses and Domain Names are maintained with the upmost confidentiality.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is used by SiteMajic only when there is persistent data that is required to use the Web Site, ie. Administration Mode, and when an E-Commerce order form is being completed. For general viewing of pages, cookies are not used.

When a user is wishing to purchase the product(s) that they have selected, they will be asked to complete an online form. When a user completes a section of the form and clicks on the "Next" button, not only does the form progress to the Next page but a cookie is created on the visitors computer with the information that they just completed. The purpose of the shopping basket cookie is to remember your information so that if you leave or get disconnected and come back to the order form, our server will determine if there is a cookie present. If not, the order form will be empty. If a cookie is present, then the form will be filled in with the information that was previously submitted.

Security Monitoring

All login attempts to SiteMajic Administration Mode are monitored by ittWeb.com. Each failed attempt is logged and analyzed by the staff of ittWeb.com. If a user attempts to login to any SiteMajic site and fails 10 times, the user is "locked out" and will need to contact ittWeb.com for further direction. Please have your Security Question and Answer ready.

E-Commerce Module

Our E-Commerce Module incorporates SSL technology provided by InternetSecure, a third party transaction company. When you are completing the ordering process, the final step will take you from PlanGiv Consulting Services, Ltd. web site to a InternetSecure 128-bit encrypted page. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information and when you click on the "Submit" button, InternetSecure will contact their transaction processor to see if the order is either Approved or Declined. When your order is approved, PlanGiv Consulting Services, Ltd. receives only a confirmation number that your order was approved and a list of the items that have been ordered.
