Pre-printed PlanGiv booklets are priced according to booklet page number as follows:

Shipping costs are included in the booklet price. Applicable taxes are extra.
Please allow two weeks for delivery, three weeks if the order involves imprinting.

Imprinting
At your option, booklets may be supplied with your institution's name and/or logo on the front cover, and address or other brief text message on the back cover. If you wish to have booklets imprinted, please indicate this preference on our ORDER FORM.
Cost of Imprinting:
First Order: A one-time design/setup fee of $95.00 is charged, plus 5 cents per booklet (single or mixed titles). Prices include front and back panels, black ink only.
Subsequent Orders: For those orders using the same design, logo and text: a setup fee of $60.00 applies, plus 5 cents per booklet. Prices include front and back panels, black ink only.
Note: If PlanGiv substantially updates the text of the booklets within six months of your purchasing them, then you may: a) return any unused, pre-printed booklets for credit against your next booklet order (less imprinting charges if applicable) or have them replaced with the new edition at no additional charge; OR, b) in the case of electronic text, receive an updated version of the text at no additional charge.
