Back Office Support Services
PlanGiv Consulting Services Ltd. provides extensive 'back office' technical and brokerage support services to interested charitable organizations across Canada. Currently, more than 140 charitable organizations are using one of the following technical support services.
Option A: EndowmentBUILDERtm Associates:
The full-service planned giving consulting and brokerage arm of PlanGiv Consulting Services Ltd.
EndowmentBUILDERtm offers the following services at no charge to clients:
- customized quotations and illustrations for gift annuities, life insurance gifts, charitable remainder trust arrangements and other gifting vehicles
- documentation design and preparation (i.e. applications, deeds of agreement, annuity and life insurance surveys to find the best products available for the charities donors)
- liaison with the various financial institutions used in providing the products to the charities.
There services are offered at no charge, providing that the charity uses our brokerage services to place any resulting annuity, life insurance and/or charitable remainder trust investments, as our remuneration will be handled by the financial institutions.
In addition, technical backup support and gift vehicle design services are also available to charities at a fee of $100 per month.
Option B: PlanGiv Consulting Services Ltd. offers the following services:
For charities that would like to access the technical support services described above, but wish to use other allied professionals to handle the placement of their gift instruments, PlanGiv will provide technical support by telephone, fax and email on a consulting fee basis.

“Lite"
Consisting of two hours of telephone support per month to advance the charitable gift and estate planning program.
Offered at $ 250.00 per month (plus HST), 6 month minimum, payable in advance. All normal business expenses are invoiced as incurred.

Consisting of six hours of telephone support per month to advance the charitable gift and estate planning program.
Offered at $ 750.00 per month (plus HST), 3 month minimum, payable in advance. All normal business expenses are invoiced as incurred. |
